1. Fees
You agree to pay the fees, in such amount and for such billing frequency as specified on the payment screen, in full prior to any obligation of the Company to perform under the Agreement.
Payment will be charged to the payment method you submitted at the time of purchase at confirmation of purchase or after the end of the trial period. You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to the payment method that you use. All payments are secured by Stripe.
A valid payment method, including a credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Designpulse with accurate and complete billing information.
Your account and access to the Service may be suspended in the event of non-payment of applicable fees.
You represent ad warrant to the Company that such payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment instrument. You will promptly update your account information with any changes (for example, a change in your billing address or credit card expiration date) that may occur.
2. Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or the Company cancels it.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Designpulse will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
3. Paid Trial
We may offer a paid trial subscription for the service (the “Trial”). Unless you cancel before the end of the Trial, you will be automatically charged a price indicated on the payment screen for a chosen subscription period.
Please note that if a Trial is offered, this will be explicitly stated on the screen before the checkout. If this is not the case, you will purchase our subscription without a Trial.
During the Trial, you will not be able to get the source files for your task. For more information, please see the FAQ section on our Pricing page.
At any time and without notice to you, the Company reserves the right to (i)modify the Trial offer or (ii) cancel such Trial offer. It is your sole responsibility to check the terms of the Trial offer before accepting it and monitor the changes made by the Company to the Trial offer.
4. Fee Changes
The Company, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
The Company will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
5. Cancelation
Your Subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You may cancel your Subscription with Designpulse at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your Billing Cycle.
You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page (Billing – Plans – Cancel the chosen plan) or by contacting our customer success team. If you cancel your Subscription, it will be active within your Billing Cycle, after the end of which it will be automatically deactivated.
6. Refunds
You may request a refund within the first 7 days of the purchase of your first subscription plan. Any additional subscription plans will not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse any refund.
However, given the nature of digital content, we do not have an obligation to provide a refund, and we don't offer a refund in the following situation:
If you ask for a refund more than 7 days after your first payment.
Because of inactivity on your account, you can cancel your subscription if you don't expect to need to submit new tasks.
You get more than 1 task completed in the 7 days following your payment.
You have changed your mind about your subscription.
You subscribed by mistake or with the wrong payment method.
You forgot to cancel your upcoming subscription renewal.
You do not have sufficient expertise to create briefs or collaborate with designers or developers.
You can no longer work with one or any of your dedicated designers or writers because they have been removed from Designpulse.
Beyond the 7-day window for your first purchase, there are no refunds for partial subscription plans under any circumstance, including unused time on a plan.
Promotions, renewals, upgrades, and adjustments to existing plans are non-refundable.
You, the customer, are responsible for using Designpulse Service after payment.
Our Service is a subscription-based service, not an on-demand service, which means that after purchase we reserve the designer or no-code developer for you to be available to deliver updates daily. Therefore, failure to use the Service will neither warrant a full refund nor a partial.
Bank and payment processing fees and commissions are non-refundable.
7. Procedure for Refund
To request a refund, you should contact Designpulse via help@designpulse.co
Your request should:
- be sent from the payment email; and
- include the date of the transaction.
Designpulse may take up to 30 days to review the refund request.
